Women's Roster
Emma Petrie returns to the Gold Coast Lady Rollers for the 2026 season.
Emma is a very skilled big who can push the ball from the rebound and create for her team mates while also demonstrating versatility around the basket and can shoot the 3 ball.
We are excited to watch her in her first NCAA D1 season after recently signing with the University of Utah in the Big 12.
Jayla is another GC junior who has really stepped up the last few seasons in the program. Jayla can score in many different ways and has made the most of her opportunities playing at this level.
Currently leading our QSL1 women’s team in scoring with 17ppg, Jayla was also named round 1 player of the week in QSL1 where she stuffed the stat sheet with 27 points, 7 rebounds and 5 steals with a win over Ipswich.
We are looking forward to seeing her development this season in preparation for her college commitment to DC3 in Kansas.

A GC junior, Nyahs outside shooting presence and ability to get to the basket are a great asset to the team.
Nyah finished off the year strongly last season and we can expect to see more of that this year.
Joining the team for a full season we welcome back Tara Manumaleuga.
Tara is a versatile guard with a quick first step, she brings a unique blend of speed, creativity and scoring ability to our line up.

We are very excited to secure the signature of Juna for the 2026 season.
Juna was a force to be reckoned with last year inside the key and from the 3 point line.
Juna brings strong international experience and a high basketball IQ, she is a great team mate and positive role model for our young team.
Ari is back in BLUE!
We welcome back Ari Moorer to the Gold Coast Rollers for the 2026 season.
A proven professional with elite experience and a relentless competitive edge, Ari brings a dynamic presence to the court.
Known for her versatility, athleticism, and ability to impact the game on both ends, she adds immediate strength to our roster.
Aris experience at the highest level, combined with her leadership and work ethic, makes her a key addition to the Lady Rollers both on and off the court.

An athletic competitor who plays with high energy and brings a lot of joy to her team mates.
Look for her athletic finishes in the paint.
An experienced swing player that competes at both ends of the floor. Shoots the ball well and is establishing herself as a leader of the group.
From NZ, Kim spent her college career in the US graduating from Missouri Baptist University.
Another GC Junior, Jaya returns to the group this season after a great start to the NBL1 season last year.
Returning from injury we are excited to see Jaya back on the court.
A tough defender who can knock down the 3 and also finishes with both hands inside the key.
A great team mate who plays with a great competitive spirit.
A former U18 GC Junior, we welcome Jaydan for her debut season with the Lady Rollers.
A smart big , that is accurate from the mid range while also getting opportunities inside.
We welcome back Sasha Oxland to the team this season after a successful debut last year.
A long athletic big who crashes the boards relentlessly, she has a soft touch around the basket and is ready to unlock her full potential this season.
Another one of our promising juniors we welcome back Mia Bitzios to our line up.
Currently leading the QSL1 league in blocks per game (3) her length creates a problem for opposition teams.
One of the youngest athletes of the team and quietly confident.
Maya is a tough competitor with solid outside shooting ability. Look for her to attack the rim in transition and get to the foul line consistently.
Another player that heads to the US later in the year to attend New Mexico Highlands University.
A PG who has great ball handling skills with a crafty finish in the paint.
Layla has a deep 3 ball and distributes the ball well, currently leading the QSL1 team in assists with 4 per game.
